Try the feedback widget

Click Feedback in the lower-right corner. Choose English, Deutsch or Español from the form header, select an issue type, and enter a required description (at least 3 characters). You can also capture the page, enlarge the editor and annotate it before submitting.

Before submitting

In the admin inbox, click Set up demo source for this Worker. It registers project octofeedback and instance demo using the exact origin of this website.

If you prefer to set it up manually, the authorized origin is the scheme and hostname only, with no /demo or /demo.html path.

Once registered, submission should return a reference ID and the report should appear in the inbox. This page is public; use only nonsensitive test data.

Privacy test: form fields should be hidden in screenshots

Even with automatic masking, always review any screenshot and manually black out information you do not wish to send.

This demonstration deliberately does not connect to any issue tracker. OctoFeedback stores captures and optionally forwards events through webhooks.
